Our approach focuses on renovating vacant homes in scenic, culturally rich rural locations, creating curated destinations for both domestic and international visitors.
Our Business Model
MinkaLife operates on two primary business models:
Value Creation
We source, renovate, and curate properties, transforming them into operationally viable assets. This involves comprehensive community engagement and securing necessary permits.
Yield Creation
We manage portfolios of these renovated properties, generating steady yields through leasing, medium-term rentals, and holiday accommodations.
Investment Opportunities
We offer unique investment opportunities for those looking to make a positive impact:
Value Creation
Aimed at general partner impact investors seeking significant capital gains.
Yield Creation
Targeted towards limited partners seeking annual yields of approximately 5%.
Sustainable Impact
Our projects align with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
SDG 1 Building resilience to environmental, economic, and social disasters.
SDG 8 Promoting sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth.
SDG 11 Making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
SDG 12 Ensuring sustainable consumption and production patterns.
Sustainable Impact
MinkaLife is deeply committed to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Our operations are designed to minimize environmental impact, promote social equity, and uphold the highest standards of governance. We believe that responsible investing is not only beneficial for society but also creates sustainable, long-term value for our investors.
Impact Measurement
We rigorously measure our impact to ensure that we are meeting our sustainability goals:
Primary Impact Directly contributing to SDG goals through our core activities.
Secondary Impact Indirect contributions that support broader sustainability objectives.
